Who will be ND's next two-year starter at QB? Grubbs, Jarrard or Monds?

The only QB prospect I believe with decent confidence will go ahead of Carr is Dante Moore. I’m not sure why anyone is assigning value to mock drafts in June as a barometer of what will happen.

Well we need SOMETHING to talk about.

Obviously there is a lot of football to be played, and many other factors. But I do think it’s an interesting question at what point/projection (after the season, not now) it might make more sense to him to stay vs. go to the draft.

We are at the point where even if he’s in the back half of the first round, let alone second or beyond, he might make more money at Notre Dame in 2027, while also being able to raise his draft stock.

If hes considering coming back for 2027 I think it means half the board will be furious lol

I selfishly want Carr gone after this year, because he did the job and brought a championship home while securing his draft status as a certified boss.

I think Jarrard and Monds are 1st round talents if they hit, which isn’t really a stretch considering they were both top 50 recruits before reclassifying. It’s worth considering if it makes sense to pay big money for an elite ‘28 quarterback to follow those guys if you really believe in them.

OK but who was the last college QB to win TWO titles and Heismans?
