I would say when we go big game hunting, we actually have to assume money is a one of a few main deciding factors.

It’s on CFB fans as a whole to get used to talking about money and it’s not whining to do so. For example Michigan offered Lopati more than us. They won, we lost. We moved on to Bourque and Monds. Probably will end up paying more than OSU on Monds. No whining, but money is happening, it’s gonna be discussed.

All fair. I just never got the vibe Dollar was playing the money game to the extent of others. At the end of the day, none of us know the full story on any of these kids lol

I also can't imagine Monds was cheaper than Lopati when you look at who was chasing both. Staff just seems to be very selective on who / what positions they decide to shell out for.

Let's not act like Georgia hasn't had their share of TE's drafted over the years too. I still believe ND's past with TE's is much better, but Kirby & staff can recruit too. You win some and you lose some.
