I think all at once. My guess is they have a deadline for guys to commit given the academic calendar and then they'll publicize all of it shortly thereafter.

The academic calendar thing is interesting but I suspect several of the guys will finish classes wherever they are next semester then come in the summer, especially if they can graduate in the spring.
