Yes that first point is why the US is one of the most open and accepting countries in the world in terms of people of all beliefs.

Protected classes of citizens will always be targets no matter the cause or reason for conflict. Nazi camps are perfect example of the first line of attack for any hateful group, you got your gay people, special needs folks, indigenous or people from the land (Romani/poles), political prisoners, and of course the Jewish people. Those are always the groups of people you find in any hate group target. So someone shouldn't be surprised that LGBTQ folks aren't doing so hot with the Taliban.

The state of Oklahoma might be ahead of the curve (pun intended) based on what we learned about the election results in Georgia from 2020 election. In any case, there was no attempted "coup" or "takeover." Move along.

Fair points but I'm sure there's at least 2 on here that represent the worst of the worst and are perfectly ok with the most extreme things happening to trans people. I doubt that change their tune in real life from what they portray on here. With that said all you have to do is a little research and look at what's being implemented by maga at federal and state levels, and look at the steps they've already taken to erase trans people from public. The goals for what they plan to do to trans people are very transparent.
