Ok sure.

So what’s your point?

I’m just speaking to the issue at hand.

North Bakersfield had signs that read “no coloreds after dark” well into the 1980’s.

For whatever reason that

Cool are we in the 1980s anymore? Now because of race baiters and perpetual victims will not allow us to move forward.

Geez… we all experience racism or have experienced racism at some point in our lives. We shouldn’t let that define who we are nor should we shrink to that level of stupidity ourselves.

My profession has taken me to extended stays in Mississippi and Alabama- where I happen to live now. And, for what it’s worth, there’s way more racism and discrimination both ways in Mississippi than in Alabama today. If a person can’t see me for who I am then I surely don’t need them in my life.
Exactly I am so over race baiting victim **** . We just need to move forward as a country so we can actually figure crap out and not focus on our differences.

I think Bubba Gump Shrimp brought everyone together in Bama and they "looked to the cookie".

How is stating someone experienced more bigotry in one particular area of the country than another race baiting?

Hilarious how some people loose their minds when you try to have an honest conversation over this issue.

And I’m saying the exact opposite. I experienced more racism as a white person in California than I did for the 10 years in the south .. In California black people were very racist and harsh to me. I’ll use your window that you probably know lived experience.

That sucks.

And no you’re not saying the exact opposite. What you’re saying is that your experience as a white person was better in the South than in California.

Ok.

Totally believable.

That doesn’t change or even challenge anything that I stated.

Both things can be true.

It wasn’t Denbrock’s fault that Freeman and Ash thought Karson Hobbs was good enough to sniff the field.
Or their insistence on pressure with 4 and refusal to really scheme up pressure which has been our bread and butter for the past 4 years

Unless you're referring to the Bears-Packers game tonight, you're probably throwing that hope down a bottomless pit.

Oregon's gonna maul JMU.
Maybe so but that’s why they play them I guess. JMU pulling the upset over Lanning and crew would be great. Don’t see that happening but tee it up and let’s go.

So many X accounts that cover CFB are just as bad as fans on Game Day message board threads. Freezing Cold Takes had a busy day after OU collapsed & lost to Bama after an early 17-0 lead. From legit sports journalists to fan-led media accounts, they couldn’t wait to weigh in on how bad Bama was when they fell behind early. Let that be a lesson to all fans who give up on a team or a game in the first half.

Skelator got out coached in the second half. Wommack made defensive adjustments and OU didn’t, or couldn’t, adjust their offense to offset it.

I'm tired of ballwashing, bootlicking, regime lapdogs like Clay Travis, Nick Saban, and JD PicKell running cover for the committee by blaming all of this on the G5. The G5 is not the issue this year. It's an issue, but focusing on that allows for the committee and the bullshit propagated by Hunter Yurachek, ESPN, et al., to fly undercover and get memory holed. The process was the problem and people blaming Tulane and JMU can't see the forest for the trees.

I think Travis is obsessed with clowning ND than he is about the G5. Then again, he’s an engagement farmer and evidently successful at it. Guess that law degree came in handy.

good friend of mine repeated what his father told him
his father lived through the 60's in Birmingham Alabama
lived to be a ripe old 80 and passed away a few years ago
told his son that these fools today have no clue what racism really is

It's so awesome that we get a playoff system that allows the little guys like Tulane and JMU their chance to see if they can keep it within 50 against the varsity when the lights are brightest.
