Yep...and as long as TT handles biz....it should all be fine!Yeah I mean it's very clear from Bama going to -3000 yesterday that they are leaking like a siv. There is no logic behind the SEC log jam at 6 through 9 but if we somehow get in (doubt it) I would love to be away from the Ohio State part of the bracket.
They made this move so that Bama doesn't get boxed out when they lose to Georgia.
Obviously a reference to OU’s SOR taking a hit if Bama gets blown out, right?Team not playing can flip per Yuracek
Yeah, same. I didn't like how coy he was answering that question. His "explanation" about how "impressive" blowing a 17 point lead having to eek out a win over a bad Auburn team with no coach makes zero sense and it's just to hide the real reason that they're just manipulating the standings to ensure Bama gets in. Zero trust they don't just randomly flip Miami over us. But when you lose 2 games you are at the mercy of this dog and pony show.First thing I've heard that actually concerns me. Makes no sense and actually makes me suspicious that the plan was to leave us out all along and this has been a ratings game to keep eyeballs on this dog and pony show.

Worst loss I've seen since following ND (2013), because of this (possible) outcome.I think I hate Chris Ash again for that A&M showing.
Given how last weekend went, I fully expect Bama to win and Boise to lose their Conference Championship Games. One last data point that could go our way is Boise State winning the Mountain West on Friday.

It's "knell", dummy. There’s the death nail boys.
Once byu loses they’ll gain one spot by default. It’s not far fetched then say when two teams are next to each other that h2h would pick the order. There’s two ways of looking at this, are they protecting Alabama or setting up ND?Miami moves up 2 spots not playing? We would riot.
They still need to accommodate the last 2 autobids. The one remaining spot will go to BYU, ND, or Miami. If BYU loses by 10-14 or so, they're staying put at 11.
Or butterfingers Buchner?I think I hate Chris Ash again for that A&M showing.
Someone else made a good point though - if losing that game drops BYU, would losing to UGA also drop Bama? Especially if the debate between our two teams was "as intense as any the committee has faced"?Once byu loses they’ll gain one spot by default. I think so, and it would help if GA beats them soundly. So we need both Bama and BYU to lose
Buchner sucks. I'm excited for his exit.Or butterfingers Buchner?
I guess it depends on how they lose? Alabama already beat them earlier in the year in GeorgiaSomeone else made a good point though - if losing that game drops BYU, would losing to UGA also drop Bama? Especially if the debate between our two teams was "as intense as any the committee has faced"?
Don't be an ass.Buchner sucks. I'm excited for his exit.
I want to share your optimism, but if you think the head to head result is being talked about ad nasuem now. Give it another weekWhy wait a week to switch ND and Miami? Neither team is playing this week. ND is in
