Auburn has like 25 yards. I legitimately haven’t been annoyed by a quarterback this much in a while.

He’s not even trying. He’s just out there flinching after the snap while holding a tampon.

USC sleepwalking against UCLA
Yup of course USC and A&M are the two only upsets this week. I have having to root for worthless, fraudulent programs. Wouldn’t be an issue if they could win 1/2 earlier in the year.

Blame the coaching staff for not showing some guts and playing Knight.

Ash was the easy scapegoat to even be in this predicament a few months ago, but that ship clearly has sailed into smoother water.

Who do we blame now for this stressful predicament?

Denbrock for making Carr wear kid gloves for the first 3 games?

If Bama get beat in the SEC game I can see them getting left out.

1. Jack Swarbrick and Pete Bevacqua for scheduling the the two toughest games back to back to start the season. And the dumbass ACC deal.

2. Mike Denbrock for the Miami game plan. Specifically keeping the ball out of Love’s hands. Inconceivable.

3. Chris Ash. 41 points at home at night. Unbearable given the talent and how dominant we’ve known they can be and have been.

4. Tyler Buchner. Sorry man, you had one job. Glad you got the Goldman offer that week, but maybe a few hours less on brain teaser interview questions and a few more focusing on football would’ve made the difference.

5. Freeman because he is accountable for everything good and bad at the end of the day.

Auburn needs to make a change at half - they still have life.

I would move 1 down to 3, but yes. The two toughest games should not be the first two games of the year when the team is finding their footing, because then a stumble results in a loss. Or, this year, two. This isn't "excuse-making" for the coaches/players, because we definitely should have won one of the first two games. But it certainly played a role. Teams very rarely schedule like that.

Some interesting odds on FanDuel:

Alabama to make the playoff -1500 (+820 to miss)
Texas to make the playoff +2800
Vandy to make the playoff +1200
Miami to make the playoff +920
BYU to make the playoff +390
ND to make the playoff -420 (+310 miss)

This makes it seem the Alabama will be above ND in the next rankings and even if they lose the SECCG they stay in. So our fate really seems to be coming down to BYU losing to TTU.

This TD is on the conspiracy scale 1 - 10 is greater than 1 in terms of suspect. Looks like maybe a match Cover 3. The safety over the top rolls aggressively to the boundary for no reason. The slot drops intentionally away from the guy over him and to the other WR. The LB doesn’t carry him at all. The CB doesn't drop like he has a deep third. Everyone is almost unanimously avoiding him. It’s a contain rush no aggression. If you were gonna intentionally let someone score, it would look like that.

Speaking to #4, Im still more utterly appalled that a QUARTERBACK couldn’t make a 3 yard pass on that play after the bobbled snap. It was beyond inexcusable.

If he connected with that receiver for the TD would it be 1 point?

If USC squeaks one out and SMU loses, I think we are in a much better spot.

USC loses nothing else probably matters tbh
