Bane is correct. The exception would be a superstar fully operational and with time to resonate together with teammates with whom he has already had good cohesion. My guess is, however, that the arm bone injury is far more difficult to fully strengthen than the pec-muscle injury (which is what I thought previously had.) I've seen power lifters recover from the torn pecs quicker than a BBaller I had with a snapped lower arm bone (difficult damn things to strongly set.)
IF Jagusah was truly physically ready, I have no reservations about his ability to merge with his buddies quickly. We've been doing it almost weekly under Coach Rudolph. I'm guessing that he is just not yet fully ready, and the OLine is functioning pretty well as is. (Love isn't getting all those yards on his own, great athlete that he is.) If Jagusah got very close to ready, I'd guess Rudolph would hold him back as the next-man-in.
Right now that's Terek. As Rudolph said: If we need someone to come in, 'High T' is ready." (Our assembly line is still powerfully stacked but sure, it's thinner.) (add-on thought: The one thing that a fully ready Jagusah can do that no other OLineman we have can do nearly so well, is road grade and throw someone away at the point of attack --- and THAT would be nice from the tackle position on the goal line.)
