First off... Not former ND safety's son. (He's actually the WR coach at Southern now)

Dad played WR for Northwestern. Mom hooped at Pitt. Sister plays soccer at MI.

He's come up through the Boom 7v7v program and has dominated.

Will be a Soph at Mount Carmel. Got moved up to varsity as a Frosh. MC's the 2x defending big school State Champs.

Glad to see he's already on Mike B's radar.

BTW... Who else forgot that our Quentin Burrell was coaching legend, Eddie Robinson's grandson?

They won the Class 7A championship in an absolute runaway after a 6-3 regular season. Their closest game was in the quarters against Normal Community 49-42.

MC had a blip from 2002-2012 without a title, then again from 2013-2019. Now they've won three in a row again.

Regardless of being in Chicago and their religious affiliation, it's a good program to be tapped into.

Jeez, if we got Sales, Burrell, and Jones, that would be one of the best WR rectruiting classes in some time for us.

Watching some of his junior year film, he has good frame and hands , great offer list, but doesn’t flash athletically like you might expect a receiver ranked near top 10

I’ll eat crow but I still think he ends up at Michigan not sure where all these people think he’s favoring ND

He's another high character, program guy with all the intangibles.

A Chicago Catholic Leaguer, so all the old school guys will be super happy to sign him.

Polished too, he’s set receiving records for a really good Mt. Carmel team this year

Don't know where he will end up, but I am skeptical that we are competing for the lead.

Up till this past weekend there was a lot of chatter about other teams and virtually nothing about ND. I do believe we made up ground this past weekend.

Ryan Roberts used the term "dark horse" in reference to Notre Dame in his article today. I would tend to agree.
He just visited Michigan and it is his second visit this fall. Also, his sister goes there I mean idk maybe our staff is throwing a bag at him who knows.

You may be right, but I didn't think it was legal to wear wraparound visor sunglasses without a mullett.

I deleted my post because I realized I accidentally posted my thoughts about Sales in the Burrell thread. Oooops.
