How was he being treated awful. You guys act like he is a god and above reproach when not one thing he ever posted could be corroborated as anything more than opinion. When any one would even push back a little he got all up in arms about it.

I will say that if the coaches are using the uncertainty of the QB as smoke to confuse Miami’s defensive plan, it would be a brilliant idea. The fact that you would have to prepare for a running quarterback in your defensive planning, takes away a lot of prep against a more pocket passing quarterback. If nothing else this has to help against limiting their prep time game one

He was definitely NOT mistreated here. The VAST VAST majority appreciated his insight. Heck, he was given his own thread and whenever he made an appearance the questions started flying because it was apparent that he had some connections to the program that very few of us have.

I appreciated all the insight that he provided. I do think he is legit.

With that said, it was totally weird his overreaction to any pushback.

Only if we actually have a well-established QB1 and everyone internally knows it and that person is getting all the reps. Great teams don't screw around trying to fake out their opponents with cloak-and-dagger personnel shit, they just put their best guys on the field and impose their will.
