Non-citizens can attend high school, have pictures taken of them, have parents die...and *gasp* even have siblings who are born in America/are citizens when they themselves are not citizens so that doesn't solve the issue. They can also have SSNs and ID's.

If the government says "I wanna deport this guy, hes not a citizen" and can't provide any information about that... and you are providing *anything* suggesting you are a citizen, guess who wins?
