Yeah I have no clue on measuring the two situations. I think (personally) that there is no such thing as ethical consumption under capitalism, meaning that no matter what you will find something "off" about that company (to varying degrees). So when innocent people are facing backlash for the owner's decisions it hurts people in the middle of it.

Your typical strawman dishonesty, as usual. The issue isn't with liberals boycotting Tesla. That's 100% their right. The issue is with liberals firebombing dealerships, destroying charging stations, keying people's cars, and threatening or even assaulting Tesla owners. Conservatives didn't firebomb NFL stadiums or assault people for going to games, didn't firebomb Bud distribution centers, nor burn down Targets.
It's a meme, look at all the MAGA folks that were upset people didn't like Tesla prior to the vandalism.

Would like to see some more info on this one. I tried a search and didn't come up with much. Some people saying it was conservatives vandalizing and some people saying it was thieves just wanting the copper to sell for scrap. Granted, this all appeared to be on Reddit. LOL Like I said, I didn't find much.
