lol is Phil Jurkovec his QB
1 month suspension for a blatant Shark omission.Yes to anyone named Salmin, Bass, Trout or Marlin.
Spark up the temp ban thread…. 1 month on the shelf seconded.1 month suspension for a blatant Shark omission.
We shall revisit if he decides to come to the good guys in the future.Woulda been a perma ban had we signed that safety out of MN, Koi Perch.
Ran a 21.24 indoor
Ran a 33.73 / 300 in the vid below.
Is this guy gonna be SO fast that he'll want to go to a track school?
Bruh we are a track school. We can claim Yared MF Nuguse as our own!

That was an outdoor time for Arrington which is quite different than indoor, but Carrington is a legit 20.60 guy, don't believe he has participated in indoor track. Salmin ran 21.14 as a 10 grader so I expect he'll be in the 20.8x range this outdoor season. If indoor is all he needs then we're good.
Anyways, I just looked up the fastest 200's in HS this year and he's a bit off the pace for the top of the elites.
This guy ran the fastest, a 20.40 and has a final 5 of SC, Oregon, A&M, Bama and.... Penn St???
They're both juniors who set their respective 100m & 200m PRs in the sophomore outdoor season. Arrington ran a 20.4 and 10.27. Salmin ran 21.14 and 10.44. Both are incredibly fast, but the thrust of what BobbyMac was saying is that we don't necessarily need to worry about him track-timing his way to a pure T&F school because A. The Brandon Arringtons of the world are still significantly ahead of him and B. Even Brandon Arrington himself isn't limiting himself to schools with strong track programs. That was an outdoor time for Arrington which is quite different than indoor, but Carrington is a legit 20.60 guy, don't believe he has participated in indoor track. Got that, me and my brother watched the CA Indoor at Arcadia and Arrington won the 60m (6.67), our recruit Bonner ran a 6.8 those guys were flying, and won the 150m (15.26). I wouldn't think Salmin would be worried about going to a pure T&F school since he see's himself as a Football player who runs track as opposed to the opposite. Arrington is raw but a stud on the gridiron as well, the guy has some tools to work with and is around 6'2 1/2 185lbs already. Definitely one of those guys I could see at Oregon slightly ahead of USC.They're both juniors who set their respective 100m & 200m PRs in the sophomore outdoor season. Arrington ran a 20.4 and 10.27. Third reason not to worry, as MacIrish75 said, we have had some elite runners in recent memory on our track team (albeit distance athletes)
