"sickos"? New street slang? Someone interpret for this old-time English user --- is this good or bad?

It's basically used in place of "fanatics". Meaning people who are so obsessed with something that they consume all of the content possible. I would say the great majority of this board would qualify as Notre Dame Football "sickos". Generally has a positive connotation in my opinion, at least among other "sickos".

Cooper Flanagan is probably closest to Brock Wright. He was recruited to block.

His injury + Sherwood being gone means Ty Washington goes from afterthough to one of your most important transfers, because Raridon isn’t your run blocker. Can’t expect it from Larsen. Flanigan a freshman.

He didn't look the same after the knee injury IMO. I think he improved as he knocked the rust off but hopefully he checks out medically and has a good pre draft process so he gets a good shot

That's fair, knee and ankle injuries often take time to come back from, if you ever do. Look at Chubb this year for the Browns, it's harder the older you are. Lets not forget that, while he got better throughout the year, Leonard wasn't quite as polished of a passer as Hartman. So, Evans wasn't going to get the ball quite as often as he did the previous year.

They only had ab a month, wonder what he’ll show up at at the pro day.

You can shed some of the baby fat he has in days.

He’s the biggest TE I have seen, and I don’t think his ideal profile matches that. Warren for example I am less surprised is 256.

He was likely playing at over 260 then

Not sure what his goals were obviously but I would consider his performance a win as well.

Big body and showed he's got some athleticism

I think if he regained him 2023 athleticism he could have been a round 2-3 pick. Started to show it again in the playoffs.

Really wish they didn’t burn his redshirt to run QB sneaks, he would have been nice to have back, but here we are
He was so damn effective running them though. Actually surprised we didn't continue to see Mitchaplooza after Rees left.

Parker threw out what worked with the Rees offense and implemented a bunch of bullshit. The dude sat Estime on the final drive against OSU after he rattled off a 10 yard run and OSU's defense was gassed...instead threw a damn screen pass which was not our strong suit and it stopped the clock.
