ND needs to be in the $12-15M window for team payroll and Admissions needs to stop being holier than thou with respect to undergrad transfers. If Stanford can get a kid who was 2 years out of HS and had already been at 2 schools (Northern Iowa/Wisconsin) through Admissions, then there's no excuse for ND to not be able to be much more flexible with undergrad transfers.
