Players from the final 8 playoff teams have more time to enter the portal.
Its true though about the # of players exiting will probably be less because teams fill their needs quickly and there will be less spots available come January

I believe players on playoff teams have a separate window to transfer after they get eliminated, I’m not sure if it’s 10 or 30 days. Similar situation to the window they get if their coach leaves or gets fired.

Agreed. If they're not going to go all-in for buying players out of HS but claim they'll do that with transfers, then players like Singleton are the ones they need to buy. Put up or shut up time.
