Auburn’s class is actually insane considering the state of their program. Probably would be ND’s best class since 08

Have any of you seen an interview with him? He would fail first semester and not be permitted to play at ND. Dumb as a fence post

The fear with these money chaser programs is can you keep these kids on roster when they get there.

Auburn is following the A&M model, and that didn't work out so well for them.

I have and immediately was like umm there is no fucking way. Closer to Sean Kemp than Tony Rice and that maybe shitty to Kemp bc at least he went to Concord that half ass tries to teach reading

I could see Murphy going to Auburn and starting for one year, which would seem fine for Deuce, but Arnold probably needs two to develop, right? (I know he'd be draft eligible after next season but he did not exactly kill it this year). As for the Stanford guy, I see he threw for 74 yards against us. I'm sure he'd be awesome in the SEC.

I really don't understand it. I guess I'm a more conservative person by nature, but there's no way I'm letting my kid leave Stanford to go to a farm school in Ala-fucking-bama because he wants to play football.
its common for stanford guys who have their degrees to want to use their GS year to play at a "football school". Playing @ Stanford in front of 5K fans is no fun after a while

Obviously don't know the details of Deuce's NIL deal, but if he's getting upfront money, what does he care? I'm sure these kids are competitors and want to play, but many of them are just following the easiest money. What's easier than collecting a big check and sitting on the bench?

These NIL deals for high school players will surely have an impact on the portal market as well. The agents represent multiple kids, and when they don't, they still talk in order to pump up the numbers. How do you manage the moving goalposts of NIL guarantees for high school players and portal transfers? Mind boggling.
