We did what we should do and needed to do against this iteration of FSU. If style points are still a thing, we got some.

Honestly that ended up looking decent for the recruits in attendance.

Angeli in 2026? Fans would riot. I just don’t see Angeli ever being a no doubt qb1 at ND. Also, it’s been spoken multiple times that ND needs to be done with transfer QBs. We need to build off what we’ve recruited

We need a running QB in this day of CFB.
That’s all I’m seeing from all the teams that are pushing past the regular pocket passer.

When the qb runs there are 10 guys blocking. When the RB gets the ball, only 9 guys are blocking.
I know this is obvious, but we’re past this conversation as the future of CFB

Defense made adjustments and dominated after FSU’s successful first drive.

Offense spread the ball around and a lot of players got touches.

the numbers actually back it up as the biggest miss of all time. They are now the only top ten preseason team with 9 losses in a season. Once upon a time, we were a top ten preseason team with 8 losses (2016)…
