Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 6-7 times, ... Yet some people thought this would be an easy win

We haven't recovered a fumble all year that's been on the ground.

Marcus Freeman teams can not play on the road.

Bottom line

Feel like ND has been way better on the road in his career. Besides Clemson they haven’t really laid any road eggs

I generally agree, but, until now, we’ve been pretty good on the road this year. Beat A&M by 10 and Purdue by 59.

Fumble ball on ground? Ummm Louisville?? Chill

As far as on the road, he can beat teams on road but not home, IE A&M

Yea we’re losing this game.. they’re not hyped.. glassy eyes, not rushing to the play, getting pushed around..

They lose their QB & ours comes in & throws another “the worst ball I’ve ever seen” while back up guy goes 10/10 lol

Our WRs are slow.. Denbrock refuses to get the ball to Price on the ground & Love in space..

This just has the feels of a blow out with us on the stinky end.

Since when can a ball carrier fumble forward and gain an advantage. Not to mention his forward progress was stopped

Why are you throwing that into double coverage. Like what is the read there? He’s done that multiple times now, including the game losing play against Northern Illinois.
I actually think this is a larger discussion than RL. I wouldn't be shocked if he is getting clear direction from the staff to let it rip. It wouldn't be the first time a Denbrock QB (Daniels) has to be pushed to trust their eyes and throw.

This isn’t really anything new with Beaux. Beaux had a fair number of plays where he hasn’t even made a minimal effort. I can remember two plays vividly where Riley threw slightly behind Beaux on crossing routes. Instead of slamming on the brakes and diving to the ground he just slightly eased up and held out his hand. He acts like he’s pissed at Leonard.

Was he like this at Clemson?

Forget the game, can we EVER get a color guy who isn’t all but openly rooting against ND?? NBC, Fox, ESPN,… it’s like, is hating on ND like a prerequisite for these gigs??
