Rob Hunt immediately hit Tyler with this thread from over a year ago in response. LOL
So he’s not injured? Didn’t have surgery?
He isn't projected to miss Spring Practice.
If Angeli is still there, he’ll be ready. If he’s not, the other 2 probably won’t be.Whoever is the backup better be ready I’ll give it a 40% chance Riley plays in every game
To be fair, do we expect everyone just to ignore Riley Leonard isn’t practicing in the spring out of nowhere? LolRob Hunt choosing violence today

Angeli showed a lot more running capability in the bowl game than i thought he was capable of. He's not far off from Book in that aspect, imo.Wouldn´t Minchey be the best #2 for a RPO/running QB offense?
Staff has to be assuming Leonard will be out at times, and they need play-calling consistency.
Plus Denbrook is an OL guy and knows you can´t switch their mentality around much.
Yeah but he could called Tyler in private or whatever and told him to retract the tweet and apologize or something. He went full off the top rope lol

I think he seems like a decent kid but at the end of the day hes a baseball guy from Texas trying to make it as a rookie on the ND beat with a whole bunch of established ND fan dudes around himSomeone correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Horka been called out before about posting stuff that isn't accurate or wasn't cleared because he was trying to be "first?"
I've also seen some beat guys call him out on Twitter for play breakdowns that are just dead wrong.
Seems like a bad follow. I don't get info from him.

Minchey isn't a running QB, he has the capability to move around the pocket and get some additional yards occasionally with his feet but he's more like Angeli in that regard than Leonard (who you have to account for a lot).Wouldn´t Minchey be the best #2 for a RPO/running QB offense?

nobody is awesome at their job 1 year out of graduation though, people learn and developHere's some free advice to the bolded: It's my opinion that the best on the beat will vet sourced info and make sure it's cleared before posting it. Being first is not always better. And if he's trying to grow a following; then being hyperbolic, quick-triggered, and downright wrong, is a direct road block to his potential success.
I agree. He does seem like a good kid. Wouldn’t be surprised if he circles back to Hunt to apologize. Everyone makes mistakes but now they’re instantly broadcast on social media. That cuts both ways for beat writers.I think he seems like a decent kid but at the end of the day hes a baseball guy from Texas trying to make it as a rookie on the ND beat with a whole bunch of established ND fan dudes around him
He won't live this one down:
That doesn't apply to CPO QBs, but feel free to file a complaint with the BBB!Does the lemon law that applies to cars also apply to people? Is there a return policy if the injury is still an issue?
