I have this hunch that if you had a child that was adamant they wanted to change and the doctor you took your child to see said to wait until they were of age, you’d find another doctor.

Culture. There is a ton of money there with retirees and government/military/border security and even the university. They just blow it on stupid shit. It’s hard to explain what a poor mentality is but NM is it. They live for the day not for tomorrow. We built homes and buildings and it was the most frustrating experience of my life getting workers to show up. Even getting permits took forever. Notice the pattern how they all refer to either patients with gender dysphoria, or trans/binary patients, or transitioning? Just take the L already, you keep digging this hole lol. A hormonal treatment doesn't mean you're getting gender affirming care. My mother has an issue with her pituitary gland as she aged, she gets hormone treatments as a result. It doesn't mean she's getting gender affirming care.
