We need this “identity check” for Porker sooooooo badly
GP trying to identify the Mike during film session.
We need this “identity check” for Porker sooooooo badly
We did when we were in that gamePeople would be losing their shit if we had PSU’s or OSU’s score right now.
I’m presuming with his experience Hartman is reading this, so why doesn’t he call audibles at the line of scrimmage? Are we really this stuck into a play based on perceived personnel and has this strategy been revoked?
Somebody send this to Garbage Playcaller:
I thought the receivers didn’t understand most of the playbook. And literally didn’t want them running anymore then needed without any subs thr last two games. The ISD guys seemed to think most of it was due to Parker's lack of experience, which is really quite unacceptable at this level. I guess we'll see if anything changes after the bye week, but it's already too late. All of our tough games are behind us
Stupid stupid scheduling too BTW. Two byes in a month? If our hands were tied because of our ACC affiliation, we need to revisit the details.

And a walk on freshmen has been a top target too
IDK, Rees wasn't exactly quick to perceive and account for the weaknesses in his offense in 2022.I still think it is fair to say that with Rees or Ludwig ND beats Ohio State. If they don't beat UL, they likely do not lose in shit show fashion.
I am still not totally certain Ludwig's buyout would have been worth it, but you see the job he's done without Rising particularly in the last couple of weeks and you've gotta wonder. He would absolutely be the experienced steady hand that Freeman needs.
I get that impression. If the reports about Sean Lewis are true, that's concerning to me a bit. Even Saban opened up his offense. You have to adapt with the times a bit.IDK, Rees wasn't exactly quick to perceive and account for the weaknesses in his offense in 2022.
I worry that the real problem is that Freeman is enamored with phone booth football. Did ND end up with Parker because most of the outside OC candidates would have wanted more autonomy or to throw the ball more?
Yeah, Freeman reportedly turning down Lewis is what has me concerned.I get that impression. If the reports about Sean Lewis are true, that's concerning to me a bit. Even Saban opened up his offense. You have to adapt with the times a bit.
You would think, given the caliber of QBs and WRs that we have been recruiting, that Freeman would be more open to spreading it out. But yeah he seems to be a big believer in complementary football, shortening the game, multi TE and RB sets, and all that stuff which translates into turning every game into a low-scoring rock fight.I get that impression. He does, and I can understand maybe why Freeman looked at Ludwig and Klein as better fits.Yeah, Freeman reportedly turning down Lewis is what has me concerned.
I will say that at least in the particular case of Lewis, he runs an exceptionally wide open offense.
I do think he's looking for a lot of balance. Sean Lewis doesn't necessarily give you that. Shadeur has over 300 passing attempts right now. They have about 200 rushing attempts. That isn't necessarily balance in most offensive contexts. They've taken a couple of beatings, yeah, but you don't want that either. You would think, given the caliber of QBs and WRs that we have been recruiting, that Freeman would be more open to spreading it out. Just a reminder to whoever in South Bend needs to know that it’s possible.
So what I’m hearing you say is someone needs to find some off-field factors. The guy is a weirdo to where there were off field factors that played into this and it's going to cost them about $3M.
Arkansas is 2-6 after starting 2-0.
I think you're hearing multiple things in that head of yours. So what I’m hearing you say is someone needs to find some off-field factors.
You’ll get there. I have faith in you.I think you're hearing multiple things in that head of yours.
I picture "there" as a middle tier Big 12 message board hell that I truly want no part of.You’ll get there. I have faith in you.
Ooo la la … someone’s getting laid in college.I picture "there" as a middle tier Big 12 message board hell that I truly want no part of.

I debated posting this, but wth.
He's 4-6 vs .500 teams or better in two years. That means more than half the teams they play are sub .500. Could it be those stats are a little inflated?I think he’d have been a poor fit at Notre Dame.
