Hartman is off, but he is the least of the problems. The penalties, the continued smashing the ball up the middle is the issue. I hope we see some adjustments.

My problem is that I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as he learned in-game coaching. But all this pre-snap bullshit lends itself more to preparation and development, which would be very concerning if MF can’t prepare AND can’t coach them in the game.

100% agree.
If he’s the leader of men that he portrays on camera, and the recruiting trail then this locker room speech to his team needs to be top notch and instill that discipline .
There isn’t a bunch of backups on the offensive and defensive line playing , this should not be happening and he needs to tell his boys that!
