My hot take is, I’m just convinced that guys that coach in the NFL tend to get away from the simple fundamentals as they focus on advanced schemes, techniques, etc. I think that shows with how poor some of the easy stuff is for this defense at times. Sneed needs to learn how to tackle before he can use his 5 star talents. In his second year and that still hasn’t happened. That’s a coaching/development issue. I think Golden is a very smart coach but I don’t think he’s the guy long term nor do I think he was ever intended to be. My concern would be what development is being lost and time wasted until he moves on.
