With the only remaining, uncommitted major targets being KVA, Lambert, Andrews, and Shaw, I decided to put together a dynamic list of recruits of varying interest level from ND or in ND committed elsewhere. ND absolutely needs at least another WR and DL, and should probably add a few more spots to get around 26 or 27 commits. I have zero premium information in listing these recruits. The criteria to be on this list was effectively if they had heavy ND interest and committed elsewhere OR if they are one of the best commits for a program that ND is better than in every way. Will update this list periodically. See below:

The top guys I am really keeping an eye on that don't have offers are Dylan Mesman, Jo'Ziah Edmond, and Koi Perich. Mesman being Carr's teammate, while Edmond and Perich being big time athletes who have length and can run, make them perfect candidates to take a flyer on.

- Gabriel Williams. I have no idea what happened here. Hot and heavy early which led to nothing and a VT commitment of late. Super long athlete that I'd take a flier on.

- Edge/LB Anelu Lafaele. HI/polynesian connection. WI CB from Blair Angulo in June. Commitment announcement coming tomorrow. Edge/LB tweener which seems to be a fit for the Vyper role.

Another guy I'm watching that is not necessarily a flip candidate, at the present, but could be if he were to commit to another school first.

- WR Kwazi Gilmer. It was Stanford now it seems UCLA has taken the lead. Played 7v7 ball with Carr. Got an offer and early interest, then ND filled up on WR's.

Is this list meant to generate positive response or a bunch of pukes???

Since I know all you look at is stars and haven't watched a single recruit's tape, you have two options: you can watch the tape of all these recruits mentioned on Hudl, which is what I have done for over 80% of this list and every single one rated below 400. They are generally speaking either underrated or have a high ceiling. Your other option is to go choke on a bag of dicks, respectfully.

Couldn’t help but feel this is what ND23 is actually doing in this thread,… IMG_2131.jpeg

Nice list. No need to worry about stars anymore. We are solidly building this program on three and four star recruits. Let the OSUs and SECs of the world take those 5 stars. F-M.

Jo'Ziah Edmond is flipping from Purdue to probably Michigan. Idk if he would qualify here, but that's going to end up being a helluva pick up for them.

surprised we haven’t heard more on outreach to other TEs since Nelson committed to Nebraska. Must think they can do better in ‘25 which seems probable.

There are 3-4 TEs in the 25 class ND is in on better than anyone out there in 24 class since Nelson committed to Nebraska.
Taking 2 in 25 is way better than 2 in 24.
Roberts is elite. Flanagan is already a top 200 kid who is getting better & better as he grows into his size. That would be an A+ TE class.
