Ludwig. He’s my pick. Balanced offense. No thanks to Chryst and Scott Frost. One of the names I saw was the Utah OC, I would take him.

Never heard it spoken, but didn't Watt coming back to join Hiestand seem like he was being groomed as the heir oline coach when HH retires?Be curious if TR took Chris Watt to Bama as a GA

Yea but Chryst loves running the ball…. So does Freeman which has me concerned.Wiscy doesn’t usually doesn’t have upper level talent to work with.
Not sure who this Twitter knows or if he is blowing smoke. 🤷♂️

Imo he's not even an option. It was made pretty clear with all the offers he's turned down the last three years.I think you have to make Joe Brady say no before you move onto others.
Absolutely not. Frost is a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Dude couldn’t stay sober for an hour!!IMHO, Frost would be an upgrade to TR.

Dude has trouble staying sober? Sounds like he'd fit in well with the pre-game basilica crowdAbsolutely not. Frost is a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Dude couldn’t stay sober for an hour!!
Supposedly, he hates recruiting.Imo he's not even an option. It was made pretty clear with all the offers he's turned down the last three years.
Now I like him even more.IIRC, Moorhead had his infamous “this Yankee ain’t leaving” speech while at MSU, but it was well known he loathed the SEC style and the South in general for whatever his reasons were, and the negative feelings were reciprocal from the people down in Starkville.

That bomb would be 40 pints a game.

Scott Frost was not behind those offenses at Oregon and I think he fell into a roster at UCF that George O'Leary didn't get to take advantage of. I have zero interest in him being at ND or in general. He got to Nebraska by pure fortune and was exposed there. Do not want.
The Moorhead news about him not liking the SEC was a pleasant read. Enjoyed that post, even if it means nothing for ND in the end. The fact that kind of sentiment exists gives me hope for college football. They've sucked up so much oxygen in the last 15 years. Just knowing that at least one guy out there MIGHT have that kind of venom toward them warms my mind.
Singer is saying that there is some positive buzz around Joe Moorhead.
If anyone remembers, Moorhead was quite interested in the position in 2019 and interviewed for it.
This just isn’t true. Frost was the beneficiary of stellar recruiting by his predecessor, combined with striking a hot iron with his OC hire.I’m not a Frost fan by any means, but he absolutely deserves credit for turning around UCF. They were 0-12 the year before he arrived.
And those offenses were very, very good. His failure with Nebraska are much more of an indictment on the state of that program as opposed to his failings as a coach.
Considering the last national search for OC didn't extend beyond the hallway, I'd say chances are decent he's at least more of a possibility.I was hoping for Moorehead during our last national search, hope he’s a possibility this time.
it is more than well documented that he was often too drunk to adequately fulfill the responsibilities of the position, and was flat out negligent in more ways than I can count. This is not accurate.I’m not a Frost fan by any means, but he absolutely deserves credit for turning around UCF. They were 0-12 the year before he arrived.

Frost treated the Nebraska program like his hobby. The notoriety he received upon returning to his home state I believe had a ton to do with it. He ultimately let it go to his head.
Look up his actions during the recruitment of Dylan Raoila and it will tell you all you need to know about the lack of professionalism that man possesses. Hard pass on Frost.
Ludwig, Moorhead, Denbrock

So basically he had 1 winning season in his career, a 13-0 season at UCF and thats what we should remember. I mean if you buy a homeless guy lunch then walk down the street and beat up an old lady, it does kinda take away from the lunch you bought the homeless dude.I have read/heard those rumors. None of that takes away from the job he did turning around UCF.
