It's Aidan Keanaaina, I assume.

Rising senior, played in 1 game, 3 games, and 1 game over the last 3 seasons and tore his ACL last spring. Nowhere near seeing the field.

Where is the "rising" part in all of that?

Transfer target reporting an offer.

He's made that same headline "offer accepted" with a few other offers that he received, so it doesn't mean it's a commitment.

100 tackles, 19.5 for loss, and 6.5 sacks his last two seasons at Utah State. Was at Texas before that - former 3* recruit.

Listed a 6'4" 225 on the USU website. Singer says he's a VYPER target.

Offers from Cal, USC, Georgia Tech, Houston, ASU & ND have all come through today for the young man.

His edge teammate is also in the portal:

He sounds like a pretty good ballplayer (also love to see the pic of him being double-teamed by Bama). Hopefully he's not just looking for a big bag and we'll be playing against him in October.

“offer accepted” is hilarious wording. I wonder if he’s declined any?

I’ve watched Purdue practice a few times in 2021 as I go there for work and I actually remembered this kid cos he’s super tall. Not much of a pass rusher I don’t think

He would fit on the Big End and allow Mills to stay inside.

Maybe I'm just a traditionalist, and/or anti Big 12 defensive styles, but I'm not a fan of moving to more 3-3-5 base defense. Our roster, especially on the DL seems to favour more of a four-man front.

But, I don't have the stats that shows the %'s of NDs defensive alignment & personnel usage throughout the season.

It looked like more three man this year than last year. Last year it was always bad this year I didn’t notice a drop off.

It has to help that it's going to be seasonal warm this week.
Trick those southerners into thinking it isn't that cold in South Bend.

According to Matt Freeman, Jalen Catalon Is visiting this weekend
Catalon was a Preseason All-American coming into the year but only played one game due to a shoulder injury. He would be a nice addition to our safety room.
