All depends on the transfer. Hope its Hartman and TB12 can spend a season learning, getting stronger, and being ready to go in '24. Still has 3 years of eligibility left.

I know for a fact I'm going to die 25-30 years earlier as a result of being a fan of ND football. And on that day I'm never going to understand why Tommy Rees threw the ball on first and goal inside the ten after running down a defenses throat.

I think RB was the one position group I would say that I was pleased with overall, tonight. Linebacker being second.

That was a good win and one of many must wins for Freeman (needed to show he could win a bowl game). Boy, ND sure knows how to make things exciting. That easily should have been a three TD win and the blowout I was hoping for today.
I thought the defense really stepped up after a shaky start. Made the plays even after Morrison went down.
A win is a win, and the record books will show accordingly against a SEC opponent!

I think he gets some grace for being out for so long and adapting back to the offense. His first two picks were tipped. The 3rd was egregious. On his 2nd pick, he was trying to make a play & the awkward forward pass got tipped. He didn’t go into a hole so I respect him for grinding it out and leading them on the game winning drive.

Nobody is going to say the kid isn’t a competitor and played his balls off…But his balls were good enough to complete a comeback win against the #19 team in America without about 25% of their roster in a game where he threw two pick sixes.
We need a QB to win in the playoffs, not eke out a win in the Toyota Gator Bowl.

Considering his lack of playing time, TB was pretty good tonight. The last INT could have been a TD with the TE if he waits another second. Having said that, I don’t know why TR called a pass.

My only take away is that the defense actually played quite well in the second half

I sincerely hope we see a decent amount of Buchner formations next year because I think he just needs more football. Guy is a playmaker, for great or for terrible.
