I'm putting together a playlist, and I figured I'd lighten the mood a bit. Suggestions?

Here is my all-time favorite ("Father Christmas" by The Kinks):

I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas

In all seriousness, I love TSO. Two of my favorites, but it's all great (they're phenomenal live if you ever get the chance):

And finally, I thought this one was deserving of it's own post because of the greatness that is Dwight K Schrute, I give you their all-time classic:

I'm with you. I go with my parents every year. Likely my Dad's last one this year. Super special. They always make a NEPA stop, which is awesome.

Hell yeah man, it's a great show. I hope you, your mom and old man enjoy it a little extra this year if it's in fact his last one.

Merry Christmas brother.

Same to you, my friend. Was hoping for Natty before he checked out. But he'll see it in his way.

Mannheim Steamroller Christmas will always be my favorite. Dad used to love Mannheim Steamroller when we were growing up in the early 90s. During the holiday season, MS was the soundtrack during our evening meals. It’s the nostalgia for me, and this is one of my favorites.

Damn! I love this! Totally unfamiliar before you posted. I saw Kraftwerk in Philly a couple months back, and I get similar vibes.

Religious song/hymn has to be the entire congregation singing Silent Night on Christmas Eve. We always did Christmas Eve Mass as a kid and now we go to a Lutheran church (I know, I know), but the constant has been a candlelight, a capella version of Silent Night, with candles. Just something about it.
