Day said we’ll know more later. Feel like if he was truly hurt that answer is just yes. He’s working to get back yes. Doesn’t mean he will be back.

Is anyone else sickened by this extremely weak top four? When ND made it, they play generationally talented teams. Michigan might get to play an atrocious TCU. This would be, by far, the weakest top four I have ever seen.

Reminds me of the Michigan VT Sugar Bowl I went to in 2012. Tickets were like $30 and honestly, what a terrible game between two kind of awful teams. Yet, ND lately always seems to get "left out of the playoffs but is probably the 2nd or 3rd best team in the country, and now we're really mad about it" Ohio State, "one half yard away from playoffs" Oklahoma State, or "will win the NCG by a lot" Alabama or Clemson.

The 2020 ND team would be substantially worse than Georgia but equal to or better than the others teams in the playoff. A completely healthy Ohio State is very dangerous and if you're Georgia you have to be really pissed that both options at #4 (Ohio State or Bama) were so much better on paper than TCU.
