More than the QB position? Lol

Yea.. I didn’t have huge expectations for Pyne or Buchner.. decently high for Buchner but I truly expected Lorenzo to make a national splash & be our GUY out there..

He seems slower & less elusive this year.

Their offense is backyard bs right now and we are only down 10. Make some adjustments and come out and score to start the second half!

He missed a wide open check down to Diggs earlier and ND turned it over on downs.

He holds the ball way too long. 17 seconds, 3 timeouts and he’s just sitting there, holding, and holding, and holding.
I get that. He doesn’t have the fastest reaction time as a starting QB but he isn’t a starting QB. He’s a backup QB and for a good reason. And the fact he is 8-8 right now is a good thing. If he wasn’t then we would prob be down 24-0

Has anyone been able to understand Kirk with Kaleb's dick in his mouth?

I’m not going to sit here and say the OL is having a great game, but again, USC’s defense is doing a lot to disrupt the run game. We need more one cut, downhill run game and less outside run. Their defensive speed negates our size if we can’t get our hands on them and sustain blocks.

They’re also doing a good job of identifying obvious run situations based on formations. Tommy is going to somehow have to disguise our run game better to help out the number of bodies the OL has to take care of.

i hate to say it but the only way we come back to win this game is if the USC QB gets hurt and has to leave the game. we have no answers for this QB

This is what I expected from the defense. They’re playmaker converting third downs. It was up to the offense to possess the ball and so far, they’re failing.

My biggest issue is he hasn’t progressed one iota in his ability to read a defense or his internal clock. That’s the problem.

USC is just the better team tonight.

Not looking forward to seeing how they adjust to our feeble efforts at halftime.
I wouldn't say that. We got Bad Rees in the first quarter. The o line isn't play as well as they have. And Foskey is getting held like crazy.

USC is stacking the box, Tommy cant scheme around it and Pyne cant read the field well enough to adjust to it
Exactly we need to spread them out with 4 widenand continue to run

ND offense having same issues running the ball that they did against Navy. Is what it is, they obviously need to figure it out headed into next year.
Counter would be nice. Check down maybe. Screen too. But nahhhhh
