Texas Tech is up 21-17 on OK State in the 2nd, and Vandy is up 13-3 on Ole Miss. Lots of football left to be played, but both of those scores are surprising.

Drake Maye is the real deal and so are his receivers. The RB Hampton is also a good looking back.

They are running all over Miami. Two 98 yd drives already in 3 possessions.

The upshot is our defense has hung in there vs a really good offense this year (2 actually).

Maye doubles his season total of ints today. They need to go back to pounding the Miami defense and setting up PA. He’s still incredible to watch but I could see UNC handing this game over to Miami b/c that’s what UNC does.

I dont necessarily disagree but the one today is by far the least winnable of those 4 games. 10 might be enough to beat A&M and neither Arkansas or Florida do anything exceptionally well. It will almost take an act of God for LSU to hold Tennessee under 30 today.

Arkansas is rudderless w/o KJ Jefferson. Great RB but he needs Jefferson at QB to have a chance to go off. Remember when they were ranked in the top 10? One of a myriad examples of why there should be no polls until mid-Oct.

I’d say UNC is worst but at this point it‘s like deciding which is worse between having explosive diarrhea or projectile vomiting.

Silver lining for UNC is that if they can outscore their remaining opponents (incl today), they’ll be undefeated in ACC play and face Clemson in the ACC CG before getting a NY6 bowl invite. Granted…that’s a big IF.

Kinda been on the fence about how good USC really is but they just consistently wear teams down in the second half. ND better come ready to play for four quarters in that game.
