Are you saying that MFMF didn't have his in-house today yet? Not being a dick, genuinely curious.

He did not. He isn’t on the road right now because he is finalizing contract stuff. The visit today was a pile of other coaches.

Iowa will go in home I think on Monday. He announces Wednesday so MFMF can get in there Tuesday if he wants the last word.

Nice! Thanks very much for the information!

When was the in-home visit today? Xavier posted something on Twitter about the pOSU visit but nothing on ND

Found a post in another thread that the plane was in Iowa from 11:45 to 2:20. Color me skeptical that we've made up any ground if he posts something about his pOSU visit but nothing about ND.

So we may be first or second, didn't get a tweet about our staff visit, have a HC in home in the pocket that is a "maybe" we use.

This is a good time to remind everyone that it's full crootin season which means clickbait season as well. We may legitimately be in this, just a reminder.

I posted it in the other thread. ND private plane carrying Tommy Rees and who else knows was in Des Moines today. For almost 3 hours. I’m pretty sure Eli Raridon and Xavier Nwankpa are the two ND targets out there. Is it 100% that they were both visited, no. But it was 100% coaches from ND on that plane and maybe Nwankpa is taking pictures at home for night visits which will happen later for ND and day time visits he doesn’t do cause they are drop by’s at school.

Your explanation seems plausible.

Last CB in 247 I saw was for Iowa. If Iowa beats out OSU I think this is a win for ND.

I think ND's best pitch is that he moves in Hamilton's spot right away.

Depends what the kid wants. Iowa is a good school and a solid football program but does he want a shot at competing for national championships or does he wanna battle for a B1G West title?

Hope he was watching that embarrassing performance tonight. Hopefully Freeman can work some magic here.

I was thinking the same. Hopefully, that ass wuppin' by the meatchickens will push him towards the "good side" ... all Irish!

For ND to take the next step in as a programthey need to win most of these types of recruiting battles with OSU, Michigan, Penn St, etc.

Not looking good here. MFMF may not get the chance for an in-home. Might’ve just been too late to get back in it.

As pissed as I am to miss him, can't be upset with a kid for picking his home state school.
Easy move could have been to forego school and play for a championship at OSU while playing video games in his spare time.

Good for X

Hopefully they can start locking down some of the 2023 guys. Lots of good options there. Getting Moore back in the class would help, too.

I wonder if that means Proctor to Iowa is inevitable as well. Would be good for their program to lock in 2 elite in-state guys. Also, with OSU about to miss out on Branch they will have whiffed on Safeties in this class which is great news for us.

Agree on not being upset with the kid. However, I am upset with ND's inability to parlay Kyle Motherfucking Hamilton into future highly skilled safety recruits. Like WTF. How?!

I mean sounds like we lead for Peyton Bowen and Peyton Woodyard, and Adon Shuler has continued to rise in the rankings.
