Yea, I'm not sure who's evaluating WR's over at 247 and Rivals but like the guys at ISD are saying, I just don't see a huge disparity in talent between Williams and higher rated guys similar to him.

The first minute of his film was all I needed to see to be all in on this kid. I believe he is a Deon Colzie/Kevin Austin type of talent. His 4th star will come.

I've pretty much been satisfied on most everyone the staff offers as they're eye for talent is better than ours or any recruiting guru. Having said that, I wonder what the staff sees that other big programs don't? His offer list is not inspiring.

Definitely, and I thought he looked great on contested balls, reminded me of Boykin in his senior season. He looks a bit more fluid than Boykin at this stage too, which is promising. Obviously has size to put on, but he's already long, athletic, and smart. I think he'd look great in blue and gold.

Pretty sure Mike on ISD has been saying that he'd take Jarel in a heartbeat. The staff has been high on Jarel for a while, from what I understand.

The titled got changed but it wasn't bumped. Per Christian at ISD, the staff wasn't prepared to take him at the moment. I'm sure a lot of folks will be happy that the staff is being patient with the WR board.
