my friends dad is high up in microsoft so he already got the game. ive been over his house quite often this week. in the words of borat: High Five!!!!

once again... the hype does not much the delivery...

graphics... below that of Bioshock and Gears... when you stick your chest out that much as a game developer you have to do better than your two closest competitors (both of whom released their games before you btw)

story mode... I have never played Halo in depth before and have heard in the past how involved the story modes are... Man was that a let down... nothing grabbed me... and short... far too short...

Game play... good but nothing special... expected more...

Match play... here's a pet P. of mine... why MUST you play another person... Unreal Tourney nailed this concept YEARS AGO!! what if you don't want to play some pimple faced Halo thumper from South Dakota with nothing else to do with his life than own at Halo... what if you just want to chill with a casual game and have a lil shoot out?? then set up a match against the cpu right??... problem solved... why does this highly overrated game not offer this???...It's an easy add and it makes a lot of gamers who do NOT devote their lives to gaming happy...

The short... this is the most hyped game ever EASY... most over hyped that is... Boo this game... Boo this game

I give it a 7.5. I love Halo but it is too much like Halo 2. There is really no difference. A little more confusing at first when you try to pick up a weapon. I got owned last night because of it.

Ok, I have a noobish question. Does anyone know how to access the player profile customization screen?

In case you don't know what I'm talking about I mean the the screen where you can choose a design/picture and color sceme that will represent your character in mutiplayer. They not only used to be above your head in team slayer, but also appeared on the back and shoulders of your character and next to your multiplayer stats, much like an avatar.

I've now beaten it three times since I got the game a not quite two weeks ago. The last time was on Heroic. I've already started on Legendary, on solo.

Did you guys see the thing abut Gilbert Arenas complaining about young kids skipping school to stay home and cheat at Halo 3 to achieve an extremely high gammer score? LOL!

He's obviously been getting powned in online mutiplayer. LOL!

BTW, this is very, very hard. I'm almost excited when I reach a checkpoint.
