I don't want to clog the thread up with necessary and obvious posts, but I think I speak for everybody when I say that I really hope he doesn't go to any of those other three schools.

I see where he is visiting Fla., is it this weekend or next? Fla. is the only other school that scares me in terms of landing him. Tebow is a good QB with an arm, so I could see him ending up in Gainesville. I really hope I'm wrong, but it could happen. So we offer Tate is that happens or is there someone else out there that we would offer?

Not too worried, but Fla is the only school that I feel gives a run for our money wth Floyd.

unless Urbie and the gang throws one helluva bbq, I'm only a little concerned about Fla. Although I will say that this trip by him down there surprised the shit out of me.

osu still worries me more at this point than Fla

Maybe I'm starting to get greedy now but I just don't understand what the hold up here is. I know it's only July but we've been building a strong relationship with this kid for almost a year now. I'm getting very impatient with this, especially with WR being the only big need left in this recruiting class. It looks like it's ND and OSU for Floyd.

Let the kid have his summer break. man. He knows where he wants to go thats why he didnt go to florida and wants to focus on his upcoming football season. No pressure Floyd! Youll know when its time.

Committing to a school won't ruin your summer break. It's not like a visit. All you have to do is say the words.

-----If I were him and knew there was no rush to commit because I am their #1 WR then I would take my swweeettt ass time. I'd take my officials and everything so if I would do it why would I be pissed if he does? We're clearly out in front and it has been that way forever. It'll happen, but just when he feels like getting it over with. It could be tomorrow or it could be NSD but at least we'll have someone to talk about during the season.

If I were a prospect I would at least take an offical visit or two during the season. How much fun would it be to goto different campuses and be treated like a rockstar?

Floyd would be the creme de creme of this recruiting class. And we desperately need another receiver to catch those touchdown passes from the outstanding qtrbks. we have. Go Irish!

I agree. You also get to see some of the best games of the year
