Splish Splash is a terrific water park on Long Island N.Y. This was rated on the Travel Channel as one of the top 5 water park in the U.S.A. If you can get there you will see why.

No one better to ask than someone from So Cal...

Six Flags Magic Mountain KILLS Disney land, Knotts, and any water park...

best coaster park in the world straight up... shame Six Flags might sell it

Magic Mountain is king. Disney isn't even in the same ballpark (been to both disneys). Never been to Cedar point, but I'll put up my park against anybody.

I've never been to Cedar Point, but I've heard of it and looked at their website and the rides are killer! I can't see how anything beat Cedar Point. I'm going in the next few years if I have to walk there.

I haven't been there in quite awhile. The rides are great, I hope they did something about the wait times though. I remember waiting almost 2 hours for a new ride, and that was in May, even before summer. I don't have that patience anymore.

Most of the coaster wait times are under 20 minutes. Magnum and Raptor are about 45. Milennium and Top Thrill are about an 60-75 min. During the crazy season, they can still get up there. If you aren't too far from Sandusky, try going up during Halloweekends (in October). Very few lines, you get to rides the coasters in the lights. Its cold and if it rains it hurts like a motha coming down the hills, buts its a blast.

Don't forget the babes walking around at Magic Mountain in socal. That's gotta add some consideration to the overall enjoyment factor.

Another great thing about Cedar Point is that is's a great part of ND and CFB history. It's where Rockne, and Dorais developed the forward pass while the were working as bell boys for the Hotel Breakers.

nothing matches the combo of Viper (original cork screw), Goliath (highest single fall), Revolution (world's first loop), Colossus, Batman, Riddler's Revenge, Ninja, X (by FAR the craziest coaster ever), Tatsu (By far the scariest coaster ever)...

Oh and Stone is right, nothing but super models in bikinis everywhere...

I'll take Magic Mountain over any other six flags and epec. Any Bush Gardens or bootleg park

Short answer...YES. I live 5 minutes from Six Flags, and drive right by Kiings Island on the way to Cedar Point, about 5 hours away. We used to travel to parks around the country, hell I went to Nevada just to ride the Deserado a few times when it was the tallest and fastest. Then we flew home.

Any yes, Cedar Point blows away Magic Mountain, which is still a good park.

Don't go anytime they open a new ride though. We went the day they open Millenium Force, and there was an 8 hour wait for the front car, so they quit letting you wait for the front car after that. It does cut the lines down for the older rides. Millenium IMO is hands down the best roller coaster in the US. It was better before they added all the extra safety equipment to the cars.
