Griffin was practicing for a race for charity as a promotion for the new movie, Redline. The Ferrari was actually owned by an executive producer of the movie who had 'mixed feelings' about the crash, meaning, 'I wish he had died along with my car.'

NICE, besides at a car show, the best car i have ever seen on the road is probably a porshe boxter(100,000 about), and thats pocket change compared to that car.

The guy that owned the Ferrari also owned a customized Viper with NOS, a customized Indian bike with NOS, a '02 silver Corvette as his everday car, and several company trucks.

He is an alum of my high school, and he was painting a mural for almost no fee honoring the heroes of 9/11 for my HS. He paints custom paint jobs on cars, bikes, boats, racing helmets, etc.

Since my photography teacher was in charge of the mural project he always used to send his advanced sudents (Me and three other upper classmen) down to the lobby to help the artist with anything that he needed or wanted. So that's how I spent most of my afternoons during the spring semester of my Sr. year.

He lives in Niles, MI, so some of the Michiana locals my have seen his comercials on local TV. I belive the company is called Toad, and his customized blue Viper is in the commercial.

Only thing I have driven is a Lambroghini Diablo, my cousin worked at a car dealership where they sold all kind of european and exotic cards, I was there helping out one day because the were rearranging the lot because they pick up the Diablo and wanted to showcase it and I got to drive it....for 12 ft. Personally my favorite car is the McLaren F1 GT, any car that you have to have custom fit when you buy it is sweet.
