And to be fair, the schools are 100% committed to milking every penny out of football to the tune of millions, so it's stupidity all around.

I am much more embarrassed/disappointed in ND allowing NBC to air the commercials it does during its broadcasts than some dumb fireworks stunt. At least your kids can watch that without supervision.

You live near here? I was there as well. Have a lot of kids I ref'd that go to Brentwood....

Tee is solid. He may have a better future as a basketball player. He is very athletic on the court.

I do. Our boys and Girls played in the tournament this year. However, we didn't have a very good showing in either of our initial games. The girls played Pearl Cohn who went on to play for the championship and the boys played Knoxville Catholic last night and were beat like a drum.

I'm up north of Nashville in Macon Co.

This is what an elite recruit looks like on film. Let's please stop using the word "elite" about ND recruits until it's necessary. We've signed one 5-star player in the last 4 years according to 247.

10-4. I'm near Dickson. My fishing partner lives in Murfreesboro and we both follow a lot of the HS teams here since we ref. (Soccer and BBall).

I am originally from Memphis and tomorrow, Oak Ridge plays Memphis East. That should be a tremendous game. I will miss it - have another tourny to attend to this weekend.......

Memphis east wins by 20. They are just too talented and it doesn't hurt that penny freaking hardaway is their coach. That dunk tee had with about 2 mins to go in the 4th against Brentwood academy was unreal. Didn't even look like he was trying either.
