I usually try to keep a 6er of the following stocked at all times in the beer fridge at home:

KS Mosaic
Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA
Stone Enjoy By (When available)
Something by Ballast Point
Something by Alpine

Did you ever try anymore Gose beers? I mentioned some a few pages back that should be available by you.

Yes I saw that post, meant to rep it, sorry. I found the Anderson Valley one but didn't pick it up yet. Gose is def a style I enjoy but can't drink over and over. It's an occasion beer for my tastes.

I love the first three for sure... BP is a bit over priced for me but I do enjoy it. I'm all over Stone Delicious right now. You can get a 6er of it at my local super target for roughly the same price you can get one Enjoy By at my local Bev Mo!-like spot.

My go-to's that I have more often than not

Mosaic
Delicious or some form of Stone
Dos Equis (Green Only)
Various Sierra Nevada

and I often have Pacifico on hand but I typically only cook with it. I find Pacifico is one of the best, most versatile beers out there to cook with.

I still love Abita's Grapefruit for the price over BP grapefruit. Though I will admit Abita isn't as consistent. I've had a couple 6'ers here and there that don't hold up for one reason or another.

Ill add to my list Abita's Purple Haze. That's my mowing grass beer!

That's it. You beer snobs have finally done it. I'm going to make an effort to buy something I've never heard of after work.

You live in Grand Forks, go to Rhombus Guys and get some of their beer to go with one of their pizzas.

Note, I have not had their beer, just know they brew now.

They just opened a Brewpub thing in the fall. Neat place. Surprisingly doesn't have any 'za on the menu but the food is pretty good if you are ever for any reason up here.

I've had a couple of their beers, very dark. I should see if they have any growlers or six packs or something though for sure.

I figured they would have the beer on tap at the restaurant.

Dogfish Head Namaste
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA
Founders Rubaeus
Alpine Hoppy Birthday

Pkt- As a collector I'm having a hard time deciding to pull one of your beers out of the fridge as there's only one of each. I know I have to drink them sooner rather than later. I will, I promise.

Not a problem. My only worry is that with the IPAs the longer they go, the more likely they are to start losing some of the hops.

Lagunitas Equinox Pale Oat Ale. At 8.4% it is more like and Imperial Pale Ale. I really enjoy this beer, especially at $5 for a bomber. Nice citrus and slight tropical fruit, some balancing bitterness and a relatively creamy mouthfeel from the oats.

Lagunitas Citrusinensis. Still tastes like someone took a good IPA and mixed in some blood orange juice. The blood orange is very overpowering. Definitely something to try before buying a 6 pack.

Got something called Founders Imperial Stout. 10.5% and it gave me a real kick in the balls. Enjoyed it.

Pleasantly surprised at how tasty Watermelon Dorado is. Recommend if you like watermelon flavor.

I have to admit that while I really like the standard Dorado, I found that the Watermelon Dorado reminded me a little too much of a watermelon jolly rancher. To be fair, it was my 3rd or 4th beer that night, so I would like to try it again on a clean palate.

Enjoy By.

I gotta admit, so much time not drinking hoppy beer has made it harder to drink post-Lent. It'll be worth it eventually, but I'm glad I got a single and not a sixer of this.

Ballast Point Watermelon Dorado

I like it but don't love it, like PKT said the watermelon flavor is a little off.

In Redlands CA there is a little ole brewery called Donkey Punch... NAILED the watermelon beer and the jalapeño beer for that matter!!! Right across the street from ritual... It's criminal that ritual is in every store in Cali now and DP is barely heard of...

You have good taste. No reason to frown on a good French Rosé.

Oh believe me, I have no shame for drinking pink. It was good, but not great. Bone dry, unfortunately. I really wanted something with a bit more sweetness so I could bust out some cheese, but it was too dry for me to have anything else really. Just a personal preference I guess. Lots of strawberries in the wine though.

Knee Deep Tanilla Porter

Nose is toffee and some coffee. Creamy taste and almost a sassafrass bite on the back end. Not a bad porter. It's as easy drinker as any porter I've had, but still nothing spectacular.

Knee Deep's best beers are the hoppy ones. Simtra, Hoparillo and Breaking Bud (I have also heard good things about Lupulin River but I haven't had it).
