Am I wrong or did they just completely change the zombie mythology in this episode? Since when are the walkers driven to walk into fire? That did not happen back on the farm did it?
More and more... I get angry at this show.
Since forever. This isn't the first time they used fire to attract them. Lights, sounds, etc have always been an attractant. Also, a very weird thing to get angry about. This was one of the best episodes ever. If you still walk away nitpicking and angry, then this simply isn't the show for you.
Take Carol. I'm an Abraham/Morgan fan. But the comic has something in store for Abraham with another Savior. So we'll see if the show saves that part as well.
I've seen people do it on other boards too. They assume they're the only ones that have read the comics.I see your point. I didn't read the comics - I looked up the character Nedan in WIKI when GB named dropped him because I had no idea who he was.
The good thing is that the comics don't go along with the show. If that was the case, Michonne and Morgan would have had a fling and Morgan be dead already, Carol would be dead, and Nicholas would still be alive, and Daryl would never have existed.
So even though it was in the comics, it is still speculation if it will even occur in the show.
It got out of hand when a few people then confirmed what was in the comics.Thought it was a pretty good episode. I really like the new Jesus character. I'm personally not a fan of the whole Rick and Michonne thing but it's whatever.
I think it's time for Enid to go. I can also do without Denise.

Agreed beryirish.....how the hell did she get out there when last we saw she ran out of bullets w/ a hallway of walkers coming to eat her?!?! I get the closure for Spencer/connection to Carl deal, but gotta set it up better than that. Really my first beef w/ anything in a while, loved the rest of this episode.

So my guess is the "Jesus" character is one of the Neganites Daryl torched with that RPG...
Damnit.

The real question of this episode is how can Rick run miles and miles in leather cowboy boots, come home and sit down next to a woman as he is taking off his boots and she:
(A) - doesn't get grossed out and yell at him then get up and run out of the room.
and
(B) - still gives up the good stuff.
Easy... she just shut the door and turned. They don't show the walkers attacking her.
The last scene of her was her running out of bullets shooting the walkers. She then screamed as they were coming towards her. Those many walkers I can't see a door holding them back from chewing her up if they can pound there way through more formidable structures.
Granted there's so many "no way" or "c'mon" moments in the show.
Since she seemed to be in good condition as a walker it makes you think that she did shut the door and they didn't get to her. Otherwise she'd be a gory mess of a walker when they found her in the woods.
But how did she get out then if the door was shut? Did she fall out of the window? Too many variables/questions to have it make sense.
If she shut the door, it's not like walkers just know how to turn the handle. Maybe the door had a lock on it?
Anywho, she was on the verge of turning. A couple scenes before, she was having trouble walking. Variables are only MORE ways for her turning to be logical. I think people put too much thought into it. She turned before they got to her, cant we just leave it at that?
