I used him a few weeks ago. And of course, I lost....Don't they get paid enough money? Especially him he gets paid to be a mediocre WR. Probably just mad he's not getting picked up on FD or DK.
Had to make it a $2 entry and the winner takes all. Good Luck!

So if I drafted Kelce instead of Eifert this past weekend I would have won 1st place and $50,000 on Draftkings...
Damn close. A friend of mine, missed out on 10k by just a couple of points. Obviously not as much as 50k but he was still pretty frustrated by that.
That's the most maddening part of DFS. A couple points is the difference between a few hundred or tens of thousands.
I mostly do NBA, and the worst is when you are set to win some good money, a team starts fouling in the last minute, and those garbage time FTs knock you down to only a few bucks.

That hurts man. I've had some close calls and bad decisions cost me some big money but nowhere near 50k. Here's my ND love screws me story. I got into a local bowl confidence pool this year for 20 bucks. Going into the New Years Day games I had an 8 point lead and first place paid 1100 dollars. Well being the ND fan I am I picked ND but only for 4. But I also couldn't pull the trigger on picking Michigan even though Florida is awful. Well this is Big 10 country so God only knows how many people had OSU and UM for a ton of points but it was enough to knock me out of the money. I'm not saying that's the same as your situation as Eifert is better on average than Kelce in fantasy. But it still sucks.
Here's my second F up. One weekend we went out of town and while we were sitting at the hotel between activities I decided to pick a couple of NFL teams on Draft Kings so I had some action to watch the next day. I picked a team in a 27$ 2000 or so players tournament and I also played in a 3$ tourney with like 400000 players. We were busy Sunday so I didn't even get to watch but when we got back to the hotel that night I checked my teams and saw my 27$ team did nothing but my 3$ team was winning 100$. When it was said and done I ended up taking like 400th out of 400000. I think I got 75$. If I had played that same team in the 27$ tournament I would've won it. 3500$
The moral of these stories? Don't bet with your heart and don't play different lineups in different tournaments if you can't handle being pissed once in a while.
The first part is me at the moment. Most of the time I throw in a random line up for the night. Usually a $1 tourney. But I just can't get the line ups right. I've lost like 10 or 15 straight. If I pick the right group of stars for the night I strike out in the value picks. Or the other way around. It's frustrating. It's not like I've lost big $, it's like $25 total. But I just can't get it right.I play Fanduel only. At first I played like the lottery. Randomly picking anyone. I continuously was on the losing end. Then I decided to take it a little more serious and would break even or win at least every other day. The most I had won in a day was 25. Playing only dollar tournaments. Then about a month ago I won 300. The maddening part was I placed 11th and up to the 5th place was only a difference of 2 points and a thousand dollars.
Once I won that I began playing reckless again. This time playing bigger games and losing money faster. I had to slap myself and remind me how I continuously won. Since losing 150 in a month. I've leveled off and started to break even again. This last week has been good though. Won 10, 15, and tonight 60.
It's fun I enjoy the daily games of basketball. Sometimes it's frustrating but it adds excitement to the days that tend to be mundane.
Just a random thought I had and wanted to share with other daily fantasy players. Money can be won with patience.
