Good to hear that you enjoyed it.

Borsao Tres Picos Garnacha 2012. A damn fine wine. I think I picked it up at Costco for under $15. I feel like I should go back and hand them some more money.

It is a favorite of many wine snobs looking to spend less. Congrats.

It's some good stuff. I was able to try this year's release of Pirate Noir (Bomb! aged in Jamaican rum barrels IIRC). If you like Stout and like rum, find it.

Thanks! I will keep an eye out for it.

I really like this beer but it was incredibly expensive. Would love to have again but the price has to come down.

Picked up some Ballast Point Sculpin and Grapefruit Sculpin. For purposes of comparison only. Have never had either before.

Had a BP Sculpin last night. Pretty enjoyable.

Is Founders Harvest due out in October? You Michiganders let us know when you see it, okay?

Knee Deep Hoptologist DIPA. I am very happy that Knee Deep is finally distributing here. I can't wait for Simtra, Hoparillo, Breaking Bud and Lupulin River (the only one of the four that I haven't had multiple times).

Ribera Del Duero 100% Tempranillo. So very delicious. Dry. Medium acidity. Cherry. Dark fruits. Some blackberry too. All at great value. Hello new go-to budget wine.

Just finished a Ten Ninety IPA from Illinois. Not bad. Moved on to a Blatz (left over from the Texas tailgater) because I didn't feel like going downstairs. Now ready for something better. Perhaps a New Glarus Spotted Cow?

I was surprised at how much of this I saw at tailgates for the Texas game. I was too afraid to ask for one myself. Instead, a buddy got me Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin

I don't get Spotted Cow. I have had a few beers from New Glarus and that is by far my least favorite. Having said that every time I go to WI to visit my wife's family I end up with a 6 pack of it.

Evil Twin Lil' B Porter. This to me seems almost more like a RIS. It's very good though. Came with two surprises. The sticker under the tapper said 4 dollars and then what I assumed was a pint. But it was a half pint. Secondly, after my head started feeling a little different I asked whats the abv% on that thing? 11.5 my buddy says. Ok, now 8 bucks a pint makes sense. Very good though.
