Is scheduled for an official visit to ND? If so there could be a flip aka Wimbush, Barajas and Jones

PSU plays only 2-3 big games per year. Their schedule is pathetic. They just added Idaho to their 2019 schedule.

reason why i was never impressed with paterno even in his hay day

piling up wins against teams like hofstra and other sisters of the poor in the Northeast

It's so funny how good they think they are as they talk about winning 9-10 games against that schedule as if it's something of significance. They, like most programs, have created joke schedules.

If you want to have a chance to win a national championship, you need a difficult schedule. If not, then why not stack your schedule with cupcakes and cruise to bowl eligibility? Shit that's more exposure for your program with out actually improving. By PSU scheduling out of conference games against Buffalo, Temple, Army, and San Diego State they seem to be shooting for the latter.

they scheduled their 2015 OOC slate back when they thought they would be basically under death penalty. They had Rutgers in there before they joined the BigTen. It's a truly an embarrassing schedule though.

Seeing all the State Penn hatred really brings a smile to my face......:)

My only thought, B10 just won the NC, if somehow these clowns in Loser Valley go undefeated and win the B10 Championship, I think they make the playoff.....but that won't happen, Franklin is a clown just like the rest of them.

Notre Dame plays Temple this year and Army next year though?

Ok but you wouldn't argue that PSU has a schedule anywhere near as hard as ND would you?

Also totally forgot about he sanctions they were supposed to be under. More understandable I guess if you consider that.

9 big-time 2016 recruits who could flip their commitments by Signing Day | SI.com

Andrew Pryts, committed to Penn State

Pryts is a Penn State legacy—his father, Ed, played linebacker for the program—and committed to the Nittany Lions in August. However, he hasn’t let his family history or his pledge get in the way of his recruitment. Pryts took an official visit to Stanford on Jan. 15 and earlier described the loss of Penn State defensive coordinator Bob Shoop to Tennessee as “unfortunate” in an interview with PennLive.com. But the four-star safety reiterated that he won’t choose a school based on a coach. Still, the Cardinal are using this opportunity to fight hard for Pryts’s services.
