Last year, ND had a chance to get another local QB, Nick Robinson from JSerra Catholic as a PWO. They didn't act fast enough and he took the Georgia PWO offer over some non Power 5 scholarships. I recently heard that ND might not be out of the picture with him. But that's another story.

In regards to O'Brien, offer him a PWO right now with the chance to play into a scholarship. He's got Harvard on his jock so he must be the student. This kid will completely blow up next year (if he hasn't already). This area has KJ Costello and Devon Modster and that's it. Last year was the year of the QB and next year there is a huge vacuum to fill. He's off to a great start.

You're never OT with Javon McKinley. He's my Aliz'e Jones of '16. I personally KNOW he's the best WR in the country. He had a historic / unreal run last year to close out the season against top 10 -20 national opponents... including Biggie Marshall and Jack Jones and Poly. He is an all timer.

Mike Riley, the new coach at Nebraska, is as traditional/pro style as it comes on offense in college football. Under center, play action pass, etc. A good fit for both, IMO.

Most definitely. Its crazy how once a recruitment takes off how fast things can move. its possible he gets better offers than Nebraska and they struggle to hold onto him now

Your are 100% right. He is a typical SC pocket passer while Matt Fink is not. I just wonder if the kid is an Irish fan. SO many of the kids out here are. I heard an interesting story about a big time QB out here last year that verbaled as a PWO to Georgia after it was thought that he was going to ND. Word is he might be going to ND after all. I'm going to post a profile to see if anyone heard about this.
