The adjustment Wichita State made to extend their defense is really working. No more wide open looks at 3. Only way to beat it is dribble penetration... drive and kick or score it yourself. Grant/DJ need to take over.

Like someone said we need to attack the basket, it leaves people open outside and they dont have a dominant rim protector to stop it.

Absolutely ice cold on offense over the last three quarters of that half. Missed wide open 3s and layups... also took a bunch of bad contested shots.

Agree with both above statements. Anyone else feel a huge bias by one of the announcers toward WS? I have to keep muting the TV because of it...it is driving me crazy.

I think the officiating is very decent, but Wichita State is getting away with a lot of contact inside on our drives. Grants is taking a lot of shots where his goal is to draw the foul per usual and it's not getting called and it's just a bad shot. Almost every time one of our guys goes up Wichita State sticks a forearm in their midsection.

I don't think they're biased, they're just bad. The PxP guy has gotten the call wrong on the play at least a half dozen guys... I cringe when the color guy actually started having to correct him.

Definitely did have some bad shots, Grant took a few that left me shaking my head but like Lax said he probably had some contact that didnt get called. Was surprised to see Pat miss his last 2 or 3 open 3's but he'll get it going again

Very subdued crowd. Thought it would be a lot more energetic. Grant taking some horrid shots. Jackson looks lightning quick. If ND takes good shots and plays within themselves they should be able to pull this one out.
