When is the last time Notre Dame played a regular season game on a weekday? That Louisville game in 2019 is on a Monday, as is the Florida State game in 2021.

96 season ND opened at vanderbilt on either a Thursday or Friday night. Irish won by a score if I recall correctly.

Jack way to go. You sailed the ship through troubled waters. Stability and a true resurgence. The Fighting Irish are back and are not going away. Finally some real pros in charge. Jack, Brian and Father John - the Holy Trinity of Notre Dame football.

You're telling me I have to wait four years until ND gets revenge against FSU at home? Come on man....

I love how we will be in NC almost every year. not for recruiting, just for my own selfish needs since I live in raleigh

Already jacked up for the Louisville game in 2019 on Labor Day.

Louisville's just an hour and a half away from home for me, and I've got plenty of UL alumni friends that should hook me up with tickets.

If any of you bros make it to that game and remember 5 years from now, beers on me in the Papa John's Stadium lot!

I am excited for that schedule. Man, I need to start saving up so I can make it to all those games down this way.

Based on our potential and what we have coming back, I'd like to think we are going to embarrass a few ACC teams next year.

Strange how ND plays Syracuse again in 2016 but doesn't face FSU again until 2018. I thought the schedule was going to be a steady rotation of teams every three years.

Guess I'm going to have to keep waiting for ND to start scheduling Hawaii to get use of the hawaii exemption (either to start the year or in the middle of the year, followed by a bye week).....really think that 13th game would help ND in the long run.....12-1 is a lot better than 11-1 with the eye test and playing in Hawaii regularly would benefit us with recruits....

Love the way Jack has scheduled our ACC opponents tho....every time I see/hear/read more about ND/ACC relationship the more i'm reluctant but then turn out very impressed....Kudos to our AD and ND leadership!

I'm really glad we get to have some more road games at exciting venues. Specifically at Clemson and at Virginia Tech. My brother went to Clemson so that one will be a blast for sure, and VaTech has always had an excellent reputation for their gameday/tailgating/stadium atmosphere. Just stinks to have the occasional Wake Forest or Duke thrown in there. Not much to offer there as far as gamedays go.

And I agree with everyone above regarding FSU. I really don't think I can wait 4 years to beat the ever living sh*t out of them to pay them back, so we need that rematch in January.

Did you go to the Wake game in North Carolina? If not, what are you basing that on? Granted I'm a little biased, seeing that I live 30 minutes away but I think those that went to the ND @ Wake game can back me up. Sure the stadium only seats 35,000 people but the tailgating and atmosphere were great.

Why are we using a home game to play BC @ Fenway?

Edit: I realise it's a Shamrock Series game and 2015 schedule is fairly easy anyway, just seems like we could have done the same thing for a nominal away fixture assuming BC would have been down with that.
