Drinking George Dickel #12. Still have to work tomorrow. I should be able to watch most of the game between bar TVs and live stream on my phone. I need a M-F job so I won't have work interfering with my Irish football.

Drinking Bud light in honor of TP, as it is his beer of choice (haha).

Man, I would HATE to work on Saturdays in the fall. Feel for you dude. Cheers...

I'm remodeling my kitchen, with short safety meeting breaks with IE checkups, while drinking Miller Lites.

Now if that isn't redneck, then I don't know what is...

So, started off with some Patron Silver with a Dos Equis Amber. Had two or three of those. Then had to slow down with a few Silver Bullets. Wife and I came back to the house and I opened some Mirror Pond. Yummy!

Who's ready for tomorrow?

I'm more than ready for tomorrow. I don't have anything to drink in the fridge though, so after the gym in the morning I will have to make a stop at the store to pick some up. Should be a good day.

Threads like these are relics bro. It's all about that chats these days with these young-ens.

Yup, I just turned 40 last week!

I am too slow for the chat thing. I am old. Ugh! These young-ens don't know what it was like here back in the day!

Can. Not. Wait.

Seriously, we wait so damn long for these Saturdays and invest so much time in this team/school during the off-season, no way in hell am I going to let some academic bullshit sully my excitement for tomorrow.

Was going to go to the stadium super early to start tailgating, but my wife is in charge of a 350+ person tailgate for her dept, so she has to be on campus by 9. I'll stay with the kids until about 11 and then drop them off at the in-laws and away I go. Hopefully the weather will cooperate...

Enjoy this age, man. My little girl is 11 and has her first "boyfriend" and just found out 4 other boys asked her out this week. I want to curb stomp all these little fuckers for messing with my baby girl. She's still 2 years old, right?

Watching the BYU game but going to call it a night soon. Gonna have to DVR the game. My daughter has a soccer tournament all day so I will be MIA from this and all ND boards until tomorrow night.

I don't have kids of my own. I am the crazy, tattooed, gun-toting, psycho uncle that gets to mess with all the boys' heads when they come a callin' on my nieces! I just remind them, "I have a big piece of property and a shovel, don't mess with me!" If one of these boys makes one of my nieces cry, I will make THEM cry!

I know what these little punks are thinking and it drives me nuts. I'm gonna have to put a bag over her head. My wife thinks it's cute. She was never a preteen boy so she has no idea.

Must agree, I have 7 nieces and luckily for their BF's I live in TX and they on the east coast. I do have gators not far from me if need be though. Blood takes a lot to wash out but it can be done.

Heading off to the ATL in the morning but wanted to post to wish the IE fans good luck tomorrow. As for me and what I am excited to see from your Irish this season:

1. EG - how far has he come during his time off and is he ready to step up to that upper echelon of CFB QBs.

2. Excited to see the running game and which RB can seperate themselves from the rest and be that go to guy late when you need a few yards.

3. How fast does the O Line gel together.

4. How many of the new guys get on the field and make significant contributions. Who will be this year's Jaylon.

5. D Line. Can they find the right mix to be effective.

6. Most importantly to me... how will the new defense look under BVG. How aggressive are they and do they understand much of what he is asking them to do.

Being a Bama fan on an Irish board, it is sometimes a little difficult. But there are several of you posters I consider forum friends and appreciate your patience with me and my SEC homerism at times. I wish the Irish and Irish nation well and hope that you guys run the table while flipping the bird to those who don't like you. Good luck tomorrow and I will catch up with you guys sometime Sunday afternoon.

Go Irish.
