Wish we could get our hands on Richie Pettibon. He is a Catholic school kid.
I thought I heard people raving about how well put together he was. Apparently Tillery still looks slim at 310+ so I REALLY hope we can keep him on board.Hoge isn't put together really well for an interior offensive lineman.

And he's a legacy. Makes no sense we didn't offer, he's one hell of a player.

Is it possible he wasn't really that interested? And it's easier to turn down the school of a family member if they never offered...
There was an old ISD freebie about him last year, and it said he wanted the offer. It had some quotes from him about familiarity with the school, the family connections, etc. I think he even worked out for the coaches, but I might be wrong on that point.
“They would definitely be toward the top,” he said. “I’ve loved watching them play my whole life and have grown up on them. Hopefully in the future they’ll find stronger interest in me. I’d love to go to Notre Dame and compete. The Golden Dome, the stadium, Touchdown Jesus; it’s all awesome. At this point though, it kind of is what it is.”

Something tells me we will be fine on the OL anyhow. If the last few years didn't do it for you then look how well we are squarely in the mix for some big names already in 2016. Don't forget about Hoge, Tillery and Ruhland this year.
Yeah we're fine on OL. Just no way to justify Ruhkand over Petitbon IMO.
