This particular writer wasn't as high on Hoge, and this line made me wonder what he was talking about:

Hoge isn't put together really well for an interior offensive lineman.

I thought I heard people raving about how well put together he was. Apparently Tillery still looks slim at 310+ so I REALLY hope we can keep him on board.

Currently the only big question mark for me regarding the staff's evaluation this cycle. I was surprised Ruhland got the offer over Pettitbon in a big way although Trevor's stock is rising.

We have an offer out to Hayes. We should offer the others. They all have MAJOR offers. We are listed as "warm" with Hayes on 247.

There was an old ISD freebie about him last year, and it said he wanted the offer. It had some quotes from him about familiarity with the school, the family connections, etc. I think he even worked out for the coaches, but I might be wrong on that point.

This makes me cringe that he got away:

really the only thing regarding any of our potential recruits was on soso...said he was a fulltime rb and could be a fulltime wr option....said that during the 7 on 7 he was the best and most productive skill player
